Grilled Cheese and Beer?!?! Our Grilled Cheese nights are on the first Sunday of each month. The events are really fun and informal. We make about seven different grilled sandwiches and drink some small production, artisan brews with them. Cheeses of the Month Club A lot of thought has gone into this program. We want this to be a very special program. The largest problem with programs like this is the shipping costs are huge. Most high quality shops charge about $30.00 per month for shipping only, regardless of where you happen to live. Our Cheese of the month program is very simple. The cost is $40.00 per month plus shipping; If you happen to live west of the 405 between Pacific Palisades and Marina del Rey, Dan will deliver your cheese personally for five dollars per month. This will cover our packing costs. If you live within a 15 mile radius of our shop, delivery will be $15 per month. All other deliveries will be charged $25.00 per month.
Monthly shipments will include 3 cheeses of 1/2 lb. each (1.5 lbs. total), Detailed descriptions of each cheese similar to our Cheese Bytes, beverage pairing suggestions, detailed profiles of the cheese makers and regions of origin, pictures of the dairy, cheese makers and animals when possible, and Andrew’s personal tasting notes. Cheeses will be individually wrapped and labeled.
