Cheese School!!

Our Cheese 101 classes have been very popular. Due to the high demand, we are now adding a class on Thursday, October 16th. Space is available for this date only. We will eventually be offering this course once a month, permanently. I will post the schedule soon. If you would like to be involved, the cost is $25 American (we do not except Euros or NYC subway tokens). Please email Cheese 101 for information or to sign up.

Focused Classes

For those of you more advanced students, we will be offering more focused classes soon. Topics will include The cheeses of Spain, France, England, The United States, Italy, sheep’s milk, goat’s milk, Cheddars, smelly cheeses, pairing cheese and beverages (not just wine), and others. I am open to suggestions, the topics are limitless. I strongly recommend taking Cheese 101 before taking more advanced classes but if you already have a good foundation, all are welcome. Email Graduate Cheese School for information or to be put on this email list.

Cheese for kids

We will also be adding a parent/child class in September. I have been impressed with so many of our  young customers that I think it will be fun to have them all here together and talk about cheese and get to know each other. Email Cheesy kids for information.

Cheesy Singles Night!

Yes, several people have expressed interest in having a singles get together. I think this could be really unique and fun. This will be totally different from our other courses a good format that will encourage interaction. There will definitely be alcohol involved. I just need to check with the city because my liquor license is still pending. This could be a great way to meet people in the area in a low pressure environment, have a lot of fun, and learn about cheese and wine. I’ll probably talk about cheese to the sounds of 80’s pop and disco (the music of my generation, sorry). If you are interested, drop me a line at Cheesy Singles Night on Montana.
